Peter and I are enjoying our greek yoghurt every day, and I’ve made lime and garlic marinated Labne too, which was wonderful on a cheese platter.

What can one say? There is cheese and then there is cheese!!! Awesome place awesome cheese especially the Brie oh and the cheddar oh and the blue and don’t forget the balsamic jelly. Gotta go and eat cheese

Cheesemaking is whey easier than I expected! A fun and interactive workshop that includes a fabulous lunch paired with a glass of local wine, cheese tastings and even a goodie bag and recipe booklet! Good humoured, but far from cheesy, Lyndall, Mel and the team have a fantastic store that stocks not only a vast array of cheeses and deli treats, but the wherewithal to make your own cheese and yoghurt. I did the soft cheesemaking course and can’t wait to go back for the advanced workshop.

OH my gosh I was in cheese heaven as soon as I walked in the door, the variety of cheeses available are outstanding & the prices are soo reasonable for the value of product you are getting, I had no idea this was soo close & easily accessible, the staff are so friendly and helpful with assisting me with my choices, I can’t tell you how pleased I was to hear they also have a cheese club you can join & come along for tastings, I’m soo joining up……

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the results I have been able to produce from your one hour class. I did the class 2 weeks ago when we were on holidays at Coffs Harbour. I bought a yoghurt maker when we arrived home so far I have done Quark, Greek Yoghurt & Mascarpone . My granddaughter loved the quark with sweet chilli sauce she said it was the best she had had. Ella is only eleven and has said she wants me to teach her how to make it. I will certainly recommend your store to anyone who is travelling  to Coffs Harbour.

Had a great day. Taught, tasted and made a variety cheeses and had fun doing it. A delicious lunch. A great feel to the place and the staff were all like family. Totally recommend the day.

Had a really interesting and fun day learning the art of soft cheese making. Included was a delicious ricotta and spinach cannelloni for lunch, made with our freshly made ricotta. Thank you Lyndall, Chris & Anni from Adelaide had a fabulous day and will recommend it to all our friends.

I took your soft cheese-making course last month with my Dad – we cannot praise it enough! I have been so proud of my cheese making skills I have made ricotta gnocchi, mascarpone tart, labne, quark, paneer, countless yoghurts and ricotta’s (I am now experimenting with goat milk, coconut milk, flavours)!!

It really has been such a fun skill set to have learnt and I am so proud to say what we are eating is made better with MY cheese! Thank you for such a fun experience your team are so lovely and your enthusiasm for cheese has certainly rubbed off!

I thought I’d take the opportunity to say hello.  I’ve been meaning to write and tell you how much I enjoyed the workshop, the setting and gorgeous lunch and that I greatly appreciated the extras that you lovely ladies threw in.  I haven’t yet attempted the cheesemaking because I’ve had too much on but the yogurt-making is working beautifully!

I’m glad Angela’s problem was easily sorted – I was becoming a little fearful of jumping in.  There might be Persian fetta on my table for Easter!

The cheesemaking PD was absolutely fantastic,  presented by an enthusiastic and passionate artisan.  Lyndal certainly knew her cheeses and her processes and shared delightful stories with us about her cheese making journey.  Her attention to detail during the production methods was  inspiring and certainly all participants  appreciated  her efforts over a superb fresh lunch sourced with  sustainable ingredients and local wines.

I urge you all to ‘lock in’ and secure your place for the next professional development.  If you are a chef, a trainer, teacher or just love the art of cookery then   really, this opportunity is not to be missed.

Lyndall was amazing!  Everyone on each day was really engaged and enjoyed both workshops.  Lyndall and Wayne (Lyndall’s husband) are really organised and the workshops were really well planned and resourced.  Bern and I have followed up nurturing our little cheeses to continue their ripening.  We have adjusted one of our fridges especially as a cheese fridge.

My wife I participated in your Cheesemaking Workshop last month in Coffs. Have one batch of Camembert maturing in the fridge and made another yesterday. Also made a batch of Fetta. Fetta was great (one with dried basil) and we’re optimistic about the camemberts. Only fiddley bit with the camemberts was cooking the curd. Easier with the second batch.

So thank you for the workshop and all your advice. We’re now reaping the benefits and really enjoying the experience.
