Baked Camembert

Who doesn’t love a warm bowl of melted cheese?! This SUPER easy, yet delicious baked camembert recipe is perfect for quick entertaining.

Ingredients

  • Homemade camembert
  • Fresh thyme
  • Red wine (anything you already have at home will do)
  • Finely sliced garlic

Method

Unwrap a Camembert carefully and slice off the top rind. Put in a small oven proof bowl of similar size to the cheese. Sprinkle with fresh thyme, the finely sliced garlic and drizzle with red wine.

Bake in a moderate oven until melted.

Serve warm with a crusty Baguette or Ciabatta bread and a glass of red wine!
