Cheese and Asparagus

Cheese and asparagus on toast under the grill. Baked camembert with asparagus spears, dipped in. Roasted asparagus with parmesan. Asparagus gratin.

In case you haven’t noticed, we love asparagus!

Asparagus with our aged Two Sisters Gouda Serafina has just beaten all of my above favourites.

This is a must try and super simple!

Ingredients

3 bunches of fresh asparagus, blanched

1 cup of Two Sisters Serafina gouda, sliced

Method

Place cooked asparagus into a baking dish that you can double up as the serving dish. Grate the cheese over the asparagus and season with freshly ground black pepper. Place under the grill until cheese has melted.

Serve warms as a simple, yet delicious addition to your dinner party.

Want an extra cheesy asparagus? Try adding more cheese! Or even mix up the cheeses, add some mozzarella, homemade camembert, or what ever cheese takes your fancy to your Two Sisters Serfina Gouda.
