A real cloud pleaser! Benison Blue is a smooth farmhouse blue vein cheese made with organic jersey milk, fresh from the cheese-maker’s own herd of Jersey cows.

On the palate, it has a medium, lasting intensity with pleasant earthy tones balanced by a rich buttery flavour. The texture is deliciously soft and smooth.
