Your journey starts with a hands-on demonstration of how to introduce cultures to milk, plus a bit of heat and the right techniques of “turning the curd” and draining the whey.
You’ll see how unbelievably quick it is to make delicious fluffy, ready-to-eat ricotta in less than an hour, how simple the process is to create dreamy mascarpone, quark and fetta flavoured just as you like it!

And what’s a day of cheesemaking without the full tastebud experience? At the Cheesemaking Workshop & Deli you certainly won’t go hungry. Cheese tastings, morning tea and a cheese inspired lunch are all provided as part of the workshop.

Because we want to you get a full hands-on experience, workshop participant numbers are restricted. Once inspired, you can buy the same simple equipment, cultures and cheese hoops that we use in the workshop, from our retail store.
Our cheesemaking kits are created by us to contain everything you need to get started in your home kitchen. All notes from the workshop on techniques and measurements are provided and yours to keep.
