In this 4 hour 100% hands on, fun workshop, you will learn how to create delicious cheeses that are used in households every day.

You will make:

  • Fetta
  • Ricotta
  • Haloumi
  • Greek Style Yoghurt

The workshop starts at 10am and finishes at approximately 2:30pm. Everything you need for the day is provided, this includes all workshop notes, cheese tastings, morning tea and a delicious cheese inspired lunch. Once inspired, we have all equipment and cultures are available for purchase on the day for those eager to get started.

Bring nothing but yourself and a love of cheese. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements so we can adjust the menu accordingly.

Class numbers are restricted to ensure hands on experience, you will be making your own cheeses in the workshop. Our mid week combo cheesemaking workshops are taught by home cheese makers for home cheese makers, we do not use fancy equipment and the process has been modified for your home kitchen environment.  After the 4 hour workshop we guarantee you will be able to make your own cheeses at home!

At the end of it all, you will be surprised at how easy home cheesemaking really is! When you think about it milk maids have been making cheese in mountain plateaus for centuries.

Home cheesemaking is also cost effective, we will show you how to make 1kg of your own delicious creamy Greek Style Yoghurt for just $1.50! Plus you know what goes into the food you are consuming.
