Bakery Workshop

Knead we say more! Being passionate about all things food, baking is a part of life. The art of baking dates back centuries and what an essential part of life it is, from our loaf of daily bread, yeast buns, biscuits or cakes. In our bakery workshop we cover basic and specialty breads, pull a part bread, pizza dough, croissants, Danish and much more!

You don’t need to be a great cook or have a lot of experience in the kitchen to participate in our workshops. What we do is build confidence in the kitchen show how you can make your own food from scratch using basic kitchen appliances. All our workshops are 100% hands on so you will get a feel of how the dough should feel, when it has been kneaded enough. We also have a small stone mill to grind our own flour for those wanting to get right back to the beginning. If you are wanting to make a tasty cheese bread we have plenty of home made cheese to add to the mix, through in a little spinach to make a great pull a part.

The workshop runs from 10am to approx 4pm and includes all workshop notes, morning tea a workshop inspired lunch You will need to make sure you have a hungry hoard at home as you will take home a lot of freshly baked goodies.

What do you need to bring? nothing but yourself and an appetite.

Please note, this workshop requires a minimum of 4 people to run.
