Fig & Chevre Puffs

Preparation time 10 minutes Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 250g chevre
  • 6 fresh figs
  • 125g rocket
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Cut pastry into 12 equal rectangles and bake until puffed and golden, spread with chèvre drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice top with torn figs and rocket and season with freshly ground black pepper.
