Hola, Cheese Club fans!
This month’s Cheese Club is going Spanish. In our ode to the Mediterranean, sun, and spirit of sharing amazing food, wine and smiles, we’re serving up some traditional and offbeat Spanish cheeses next Tuesday 7 August.
They include of course a raw milk manchego – the nutty rich sheep’s milk cheese which sums up Spanish culture and is the most eaten cheese in Spain. But we’ll also surprise your tastebuds with San Simon, a smoked cows milk cheese, Urgélia a washed rind from Catalonia and a fresh Spanish goats cheese. All matched with some hearty Spanish wine styles including Temporanillo.
