You’ve got to love this article from Body and Soul section of the Sunday Telegraph on the 16/10/16

“In the best news since Italian researchers proved carbs don’t make you gain weight, researchers from the university of Copenhagen have found that eating cheese pumps up our good, high-density Lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL). Study participants ate 80g of full fat cheese daily and saw an increase in HDL levels, which can help ward off heart and metabolic diseases.”
