Spinach & Fetta Dip

Ingrdients

  • 250g spinach blanched
  • chopped 200g crumbled fetta
  • 200g quark
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

 Method

Process until finely chopped and season with pepper only as fetta will be salty. Serve with toasted fresh flat bread.
