Join renowned artisan cheese maker, Lyndall Dykes, for two days of hands on and informative cheesemaking fun at the Queensland College of wine tourism on the 27th and 28th May. Day one is all about the basics and delicious soft cheeses in our Soft Cheesemaking Workshop. On day two we take your love of home cheesemaking that one step further in our Advanced Cheesemaking Workshop.

Join in one day, or make a weekend of it! Morning tea, lunch and lots of cheese tastings are all included.
