Sesame Stilton Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 100g butter cubed
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 100g stilton
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

Method

Preparation time 5 mins cooking time 10 mins makes 20. Preheat oven to 180°, line baking tray with baking paper. In a food processor pulse flour and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add the cheese and process of a few seconds until the mix comes together. Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for 20 mins. Pinch out small pieces of dough and roll into small balls roll in sesame seed and place on baking trays. Space well as they will spread while cooking bake for 10 mins until firm and golden. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
