This Strawberry and Labne Salad is refreshing spring salad to go with freshly picked strawberries which we collected from Ricados Tomatoes and homemade labne.
1/2 punnet of strawberries
50g young fresh green beans
2g toasted flaked almonds
30ml caramelised balsamic reduction
Remove the bean stalks and blanch beans in boiling water for 1 minute, place in colander and refresh with cold running water, set aside.
Arrange lettuce on a plater, mound up the green beans and scatter with halved strawberries, toasted almonds and quinelled labne.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve as a side salad.
