A soft ripened brie, filled with a creamy layer of blended Tasmanian Truffle and homemade mascarpone.
Slice the top of both wheels of brie.
Mix the grated truffle with mascarpone and season with a little salt. Spread the truffle mascarpone over the open side of one of the wheels of brie. Place the other brie on top open side down and smooth around the edges.
Now you have a huge homemade, truffle brie to share with friend and family!
