The Cheesemaking Workshop is proud to be a part of the VIVE LA FRANCE! FRENCH FILM FESTIVAL, running September 1st- 4th at the Jetty Memorial Theatre in Coffs Harbour, proudly presented by Screenwave.
Twelve fabulous feature films will screened across four days, including Premiere screenings, an Opening Night film event, a classic French retrospective, award winners fresh from the festival circuit, special guests and plenty of French follies at the Theatre.
Opening Night film is Clovis Cornillac’s directorial debut, Un peu, beaucoup, aveuglément (“Blind Date”), and starts at 7pm for 7:30pm on Thursday, September 1st.

The festival also includes a special Father’s Day screening as part of a Jacques Tati retrospective. Tati, who inspired David Lynch and Wes Anderson with his physical comedy akin to Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin, and Harold Lloyd, was a driving force in French comedy throughout the 1930 to the 1970s.
There are documentaries, thrillers, rom coms, and Cannes Film Festival Award Winners such as Dheepan and Mustang, direct from the film festival circuit.
