We’re proud supporters of the Australian Cheesemaking industry. You can always find the most exquisite Australian cheeses in our Deli to support our local cheesemakers.
We’re excited to have everyone’s favorites back in stock. Ranae’s chocolates are handmade quality Belgian Chocolates with an Australian twist. Ranae is a pastry chef by trade with 23 years of experience. She specializes in small unique chocolates made with the finest blends of flavor and textures. In other words these chocolates are delicately handmade with love.
Here are some of the most wanted Australian cheeses in our Deli this August. Get them quick while they’re here:
Milawa Camembert. Milky, slightly sweet, and a little bit nutty cheese by Milawa Cheese Co in Victoria. This cheese is perfect on a crunchy baguette! Made in the Normandy style from local Whorouly cow’s milk. It has a white bloomy rind, thick buttery interior and a creamy butterscotch texture as it matures.
White Pearl. It is a delicate fresh curd by Tasmanian Grandvewe cheesemakers. Grandvewe Cheesemakers marinate it in a blend of Australian olive oil and local canola oil with the addition of lemon myrtle, dill and cracked black pepper. This style of cheese is sometimes called Persian style feta. In addition, it will last for up to 4 months in your fridge.
