Making your own cheese is all about sustainability! On November 3 Lyndall Dykes founder of The Cheesemaking Workshop will be teaching gardening guru Costa Georgiadis how to make Ricotta & Yoghurt.

This November, a weeklong event returns to the Coffs Coast that shouldn’t be missed by anyone interested in the environment, biodiversity and a healthy future for the next generation – as well as anyone with a green thumb, or wishing they had a green thumb!

The Sustainable Living Festival will encompass a variety of green-themed events held between 3 and 9 November 2013, mostly in the North Coast Regional Botanic Garden in Coffs Harbour.

The festival will commence on Sunday 3 November with the “Botanic Spring Fair”, which will be held at the North Coast Regional Botanic Garden between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Lyndall will be holding an onstage demonstration with Costa at 12.45pm.
