Why we love it: It’s amazing what just a little honey can do to a goat cheese! Honey Bee Goat Cheese is a wonderful goat milk gouda, that has had a drizzle of honey added to the pure goat milk and allowed to infuse, creating a cashew-like nutty sweetness.  Aged for six months, the cheese is slightly sweet, full of flavour, without being to strong or salty. The texture is firm, slightly crumbly while remaining creamy with a slight crunch. This cheese not only taste delicious but has a wonderful texture.

It’s easy to slice, grate or cube, wonderful in salads or as a snack with fruit. Great for kids and an all round crowd pleaser!
