Cheese Mid Week Combo

January 2 @ 10:00 am - 2:30 pm

In this 4 hour 100% hands on and fun home cheesemaking workshop, you will learn how to create delicious everyday cheeses.

You will make:

  • Fetta
  • Ricotta
  • Haloumi
  • Greek Style Yoghurt

The workshop starts at 10am and finishes at approximately 2:30pm. All workshop notes, cheese tastings, morning tea and a delicious cheese inspired lunch are all included.

Bring nothing but yourself and a love of cheese. Please inform us as soon as possible if you have any dietary requirements so we can adjust the menu accordingly.

Once inspired, we have all equipment, kits and cultures available for purchase on the day for those workshop attendees eager to get started.

This workshop only runs once or twice a month and numbers are restricted to ensure everyone receives a hands on learning experience. Our mid week combo cheesemaking workshops are taught by home cheese makers for home cheese makers. Each of our recipes have been modified for a home style kitchen environment.

After this 4 hour workshop we guarantee you will be able to make your own cheeses at home. We will have you amazed at how easy home cheesemaking really is. After all, when you think about it milk maids have been making cheese in mountain plateaus for centuries.

Home cheesemaking is cost effective, we will show you how to make 1kg of your own delicious and creamy Greek Style Yoghurt for just $1.50! Plus you will learn what goes into the food you are consuming.

Booking conditions:

  • No shows are non-refundable
  • $25 date change fee applies to all changes with 7days of workshop start date
  • 1 free date change outside of the 7days prior to workshop date, any further changes will incur a $25 fee
  • This workshop requires a minimum of 3 people to run
