Pasta and Gnocchi Workshop

It’s pasta, but not as you know it! Our Pasta And Gnocchi Workshop is designed to power-up your inner gastronome.

Practical, easy-to follow and 100% hands on, this three-hour workshop will get you confident in creating and handling silky light pasta dough and form it into your own unforgettable pasta creations.

What you’ll learn

  • Fettuccini
  • Spaghetti
  • Agnolotti
  • Tortellini
  • Potato gnocchi

You’ll learn how to stuff the tortellini and agnolotti with a fresh homemade pesto, spinach and handmade ricotta (made guess where – right here at The Cheesemaking Workshop!) or mushroom ragu, as well create a rich tomato sauce and a chilli and mascarpone (again, with cheese cultured right here on the premises!).

That’s not all – you will also learn how to turn out perfect potato gnocchi. The word gnocchi in Italian means ‘little lump’. Gastronomically speaking however, gnocchi should be anything but lumpish – a well-made gnocchi should be light and fluffy. We will teach you the secret to making gnocchi that’s so pillowy-light, we guarantee that it will change your opinion of this terrific pasta variety.

Once all this delicious food is complete we will plate it up and enjoy a delicious Italian-inspired meal. Bellissimo!

  • $25 date change fee applies to all changes with 7days of workshop start date
  • 1 free date change outside of the 7days prior to workshop date, any further changes will incur a $25 fee
  • This workshop requires a minimum of 4 people to run.
