Fetta is a brined cheese that’s ready to eat four to five days after making. This is one of the easiest cheeses to make and a favourite with our workshop participants. Crumble it into a salad, turn it into a piquant dip or simply enjoy it fresh with olives and wine. One of the joys of making your own is being able to add your own flavours such as herbs to suit your taste.
Our Persian and Greek Fetta Cheese Making Kit is just $60 and contains all the essential’s you need to make your own, including cultures and rennet, hoops, cheesecloth squares and measuring tools.
