How to make Haloumi. This easy to follow video will give you the step by step instruction you need to make fresh homemade Haloumi at home.

Traditionally made with a blend of sheep and goat milk, and with limited sheep and goat milk available in Australia, we make ours using fresh local cows milk.

Best serve cooked, wether its pan fried or cooked on the BBQ. It’s soft, squeaky texture just makes everything better. We add it to salads, burgers, vegetable skewers or incorporated into other unique dishes. There’s one thing we know for sure. A small amount of haloumi is never enough – we recommend adding a little more than you think you’ll need. It always disappears fast off our table, it’s that moorish.
