We’re currently can’t get enough of these cheeses:

  • Ubriaco Prosecco. It’s a wine sunken cheese affectionally called ‘drunken’. It’s made in Italy’s Verona are. It spends a month curing soaked in wine and crushed grape skins before aging for 6 to 8 months. It develops a firm and supple texture,
    slightly crumbly with a light and fruity flavor and a hint of wine.
  • Fromage de Meaux. It’s a luxuriously rich, buttery, and smooth cheese from northern France. It fills the palate in a balanced, creamy way. 
  • Beaufort. This is a remarkable cheese from the Savoie region of France. It’s firm and buttery with a strong aroma.
  • Woodside Chevre Lemon Myrtle. Australian cheese made from goat milk sourced from Towerview
    and Oskjberg goat dairies and South Australian Lemon Myrtle.
  • The Gin Herbalist. Grandvewe cheesemakers use the botanical’s after distilling their gin to roll onto the outside of this cheese. It includes rare Australian natives with floral and sweet characters as well as Lemon Myrtle, Anise Myrtle, Wattleseed, and Tasmanian pepper leaf.
