Calcium Solution – 50ml, for Goats Milk Cheese, Mozzarella & More
Suitable for goats milk and homogenised milk, also mozzarella. By adding calcium solution to the milk at the same time and at the same rate as rennet you will strengthen the curd. Giving you a better strech when making mozzarella. It is a great help when making goats cheese from a Saanen goat milk though I have found it not necessary to add if using Boer goat milk.
