Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar with Bush Tomato
Hand made in NSW. This Caramelised vinegar has been infused with native Bush Tomato. Bush Tomato is commercially grown thought central Australia by local Aboriginal communities. The flavour is intense and robust, with similarities to sun dried tomato, subtle caramel and tamarillo notes. It works together with the caramelised balsamic to create a delicious, versatile vinegar.
Not only great as a salad dressing, it’s also delicious drizzled over a range of cheeses. We love it drizzled over baked ricotta! Or mix with olive oil and enjoy with fresh, crusty bread.
