Champagne & Vanilla Jelly
Move over quince paste. There’s a new favourite condiment in town. Made in small batches blending Champagne and Madagascar Vanilla Bean to create a smooth, silky and sweet jelly.
This perfectly decadent jelly goes well with those rich, indulgent triple creams, like the French Delice des Cremiers or Brillat Savarin – cheeses we usually have stocked in the deli. The unique combination of sweet, crispness from the jelly help to cleanse the palate and balances out the creamy, buttery cheeses.
