- Mesophilic culture (Type M starter)
- Liquid vegetarian rennet
- 2 square cheese hoops
- 2 Fetta cheesecloth squares
- 3 x 3ml syringe

This kit is incredibly cost-effective. It gives you enough cultures and ingredients to make approximately:
- 40 x 350g Greek fetta
- 40 x 350g Persian fetta
This kit gives you the option of making Persian, Greek or flavoured fetta. One of the joys of home cheese making is being able to add your own flavours such as herbs to suit your tastes. Fetta is said to have originated in the arid hills behind Athens, where the shepherds made the cheese from ewe and goat’s milk. Our Fetta is made using cow’s milk.
Fetta is a brined cheese and is ready to eat four to five days after making. This is one of the easiest cheeses to make and if they can produce it in the arid hills of Athens, we know that you can definitely make it in your home kitchen!
