Raspberry Finishing Vinegar with Lemon Myrtle
A light fruity caramelised vinegar, with the freshness of Lemon Myrtle blended with the deliciously piquant taste of raspberries. A lovely addition to a cheese platter drizzled over some fresh homemade quark, as a glaze for duck breast or simply for dipping fresh bread into with Lemon Myrtle infused Macadamia Oil.

Lemon Myrtle is native to Norther NSW and has a distinct lemony tang with a subtle sweetness. One of the most popular Australian Native herbs, it works well in both sweet and savoury dishes.
