Native Australian quandong mango chutney is made using locally grown mango’s from the Northern Rivers of NSW. To give our quandong mango chutney a unique award winning kick, we use a unique Salt Bush Garam Masala. Serve with a bitey mature cheddar or something smoked.

A lightly curry spiced pickle using native Sea Celery and local ingredients and native herbs. Our favourite way to serve is with a raw milk cheese like Appenzeller or a Swiss Raclette.
