You’ll make this once and keep coming back for more. An easy dish for entertaining, or a nice mid-week dinner.
Pre heat oven to 160°C.
Brush the bread with olive oil, place on a baking tray and pop it into the oven. Bake until bread is nicely toasted.
Cut your fresh summer stone fruit in half and remove the stone. Place the stone fruit cut side up on a baking dish and place into the oven. Bake until fruit is starting to break down.
Serve with a chilled white wine or prosecco.
