We’re a small cheese making family business based on the beautiful Coffs Coast with a passion for artisan cheese making.
We specialise teaching the art of home cheeses making, sharing our passion and knowledge in various hands, on cheese making workshops. Our aim is to take the mystery out of making cheese, using simple ingredients and familiar equipment to allow even the most inexperienced cook to make their own delicious cheese at home.

The equipment we use is as simple as the process itself, the instructions are easy to follow, and the passion is contagious!
Making cheese at home is not rocket science, after all, milk maids have been making cheese on mountain plateaus for centuries. Making cheese is our passion and we would love to teach you how to make your very own gourmet homemade cheese.
I’m making corn fritters with fresh ricotta and onion marmalade.
Peter and I are enjoying our greek yoghurt every day, and I’ve made lime and garlic marinated Labne too, which was wonderful on a cheese platter.
