We’re a small cheese making family business based on the beautiful Coffs Coast with a passion for artisan cheese making.
We specialise teaching the art of home cheeses making, sharing our passion and knowledge in various hands, on cheese making workshops. Our aim is to take the mystery out of making cheese, using simple ingredients and familiar equipment to allow even the most inexperienced cook to make their own delicious cheese at home.

Making cheese at home is not rocket science, after all, milk maids have been making cheese on mountain plateaus for centuries. Making cheese is our passion and we would love to teach you how to make your very own gourmet homemade cheese.
Lyndall was amazing! Everyone on each day was really engaged and enjoyed both workshops. Lyndall and Wayne (Lyndall’s husband) are really organised and the workshops were really well planned and resourced. Bern and I have followed up nurturing our little cheeses to continue their ripening. We have adjusted one of our fridges especially as a cheese fridge.
